All free shipping order amounts are after any discounts are applied.

Most of our stocks are available in our logistics in Auckland. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 business days of receiving your order. We currently use Go Sweet Spot who make deliveries Monday to Friday. All orders are tracked and traced. You will receive an email with tracking link once order packed and ready to be shipped so that you can track its journey

All our orders are set to “Authority to Leave” which means no signature is required at delivery, if you require “signature required” option at delivery, please include these in Order notes when checking out for your order.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address.

Our courier partner has a limited time period for non-delivered items. Please contact us between 10- 12 days after order placed if goods have not yet arrived. Non delivery claims over 12 days will be rejected, no exceptions, so it is important to communicate with us within 10-12 days if goods have not been received.
